With over a decade dedicated to Early Childhood Education, Sophia is a passionate advocate for play-based learning. She creates environments designed to ignite curiosity and foster collaborative discovery, firmly believing children thrive when given space for imaginative play. Sophia's Bachelor's degree in Writing and Literature from The California College of the Arts uniquely informs her approach, inspiring her to cultivate a love for reading and storytelling. As a parent herself, Sophia deeply understands the profound importance of strong family-educator connections, ensuring a truly supportive and collaborative learning journey for every child.

Ms. Jenny believes in the transformative power of play and the critical role of social-emotional development and early intervention. Her approach to emergent curriculum is rooted in observation and documentation; taking note of what interests, amuses, or matters most to her students. This research guides her design of environments that invite play and exploration, target developmental skills and foster connection based on shared interests. She possesses a deep expertise and curiosity for every stage of early childhood development, with a particular interest in the toddler and two-year-old age group that she has dedicated the majority of her 12-year educator career to. Her teaching is enriched with a unique blend of creativity and narrative skill by her experience as a children's bookstore supervisor and published poet.

Tiff has been a dedicated early childhood educator and a support to the children, families and staff at Awaken Dreams for the past four years. With experience working with children ages 2–6, she brings patience, joy, and structure into every classroom she enters. She is passionate about helping children grow into socially and emotionally responsible individuals, and believes in the power of early learning to shape confidence and character. Tiff brings creativity, playfulness, and a nurturing spirit into her daily work — always finding meaningful ways to help little ones regulate big feelings, express themselves, and feel loved. For her teaching is not just a job, it's a calling rooted in connection, fun, and heart.

Aditi's passion for working with children shines through in her warm and engaging teaching style. With a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development from CSUN and years of experience spanning back to high school, she's an expert at fostering a classroom where young learners feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore with endless imagination. She truly enjoys their infectious smiles and hilarious honesty! When she's not inspiring little ones, Aditi loves getting lost in a good book, binge-watching a comfort show, or spending time with loved ones.
